Design fees will vary for each landscape. A larger property will likely have a higher design fee than a smaller property. The complexity of a design will also affect the time spent on the design thus affecting the overall design fee. For example, a simple front yard planting design will most likely take less time than a master plan involving front and backyard hardscapes, structures, and grade changes.

Typically my designs fees range from $500 to $2,000.I offer many options depending on what you need. Some clients may want a simple concept design while others may request a detailed plan showing irrigation layout, lighting, plant selections, 3D models, construction detalis for permits, etc. Whatever the need, I can provide it.
